A. Personal Information

When you register for an account or upgrade your account, we collect:

• Email Address: To identify your account and send login links/receipts.
• Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

B. User Content (Files)

To provide our service, you upload videos or images ("User Content").

• Transient Processing: Your files are uploaded to our secure processing servers solely for the purpose of analysis by our AI models.
• No Long-Term Storage: Once the analysis is complete and the text prompt is generated, the original video/image file is deleted from our processing cache. We do not build a library of your personal videos.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the AI generation tool.
• Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.
• Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your comments and customer service requests.

3. Data Retention

Account Data: We retain your email and purchase history for as long as your account is active.

Generated Prompts: The text prompts generated by the tool may be stored in your "History" tab for your convenience.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to help us operate our business. These providers have access to your personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Supabase / Google Firebase: For user authentication and database management.
• Google Analytics: For understanding website traffic trends (anonymized).

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (such as your preferred AI model setting). You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some parts of our service (like staying logged in) may not function properly.
